Magazine

We are having a major improvement of our magazine in January 2009, with more colour pages and changing the format to A5 size.  The cost of the magazine to produce will be 35p a copy; those buying the magazine in advance for a year will be asked to give £4.

We do need assistance with producing good and interesting copy for the magazine; please talk to Peter if you would like to explore this.

 

'Great Big Christmas Sing'

On the evening of 14December, we are holding a 'Great Big Christmas Sing' in aid of Christian Aid at Mansfield Road Baptist Church, corner of Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham.

This will be an opportunity for schools and others to showcase their musical talent, and for congregational hymns and carols.

Please place 6 pm on 14  December in your diaries. More details will follow.

 

Toy and Tin Service

Our Toy and Tin Service will be on 7 December this year. Toys and tins of food donated will be distributed by Derby City Mission to the poorest people of Derby. Any toys will be welcome, but they have us there is a particular need for presents foraged 14-16.
